Mina Bompartito’s passion for food began early, and was solidified when she moved to New York as a teenager and found a world of Italian cuisine that would become her career. Two years ago Mina teamed with her daughter, Lisa, to open Mina Cucina Rustica, a boutique BYOB where they could share their family’s love for food with others.
Mina Cucina Rustica continually develops new dishes that push the envelope of Italian cuisine. They have daily soup, entrée, and dessert specials and are happy to create anything their guests may request.
